  • Perhaps nine or more editions. It would be neat to find view of all editions. Apparently there was a 1953 edition; so far: 1919 with some to 1953 or more....??? Found note, not verified: "1931 7th ed".   Also "ninth edition" ...So, as yet, I do not know about all the editions.
