San Dimas, gliding West to Laverne.

In this video, watch for short segment in middle of video clip that
features a water/lake ground effect as seen from wing tip camera.
Super flat surface of water or ice on calm lakes allow for very smooth
compression of air between wing and lower surface--in this case flat fluid
not ground.
The surface tension at molecular level on the surface of the water
enhances the air ”ground effect” …
