jet-stream-involved dual-aircraft EKS
AWE Power beam energy from above. Use differential momentums of
two aloft locations aloft-coupled smartly; one location stays in the jet
stream; the coupled location is out of the jet stream. Massively-smart controls
tap the system for some energy converted to power beams which energy is sent to
receivers on the ground or sea or to active aircraft.

Big
change of focus
to low altitude experimenting
announced. June 13, 2009, at FORUMopen 2009. This followed a notice
by KiteLab two years ago circulated:
For two years KiteLab has insisted that Makani Power, Inc. badly miscalculated its altitude targets. KiteLab's pointed critique, "The Stratosphere is a Harsh Mistress," was circulated to company operatives---and its message slowly sunk in. Makani Power, Inc. is now aiming 90% lower. " More: M161The following article had not caught up with the change
