Above is what Mythology of the Airframe currently provides on the accident. The argument of Mythology of the Airframe is that paragliders are inherently unsafe due to lack of structure and therefore can collapse in turbulence or easily go out of control, killing or maiming their operators. Therefore, any details of training or assumed pilot reactions are deemed irrelevant. However, the observations of witnesses, if any, are included in the brief synopsis.

By investigating the sources, anyone can discover that the pilot

1) was 25 years old
2) died while paragliding in the Spanish Pyrenees at the eastern end of the mountain range near the town of Organya in the Province of Lleida
3) was named Guy Joseph
4) loved diving
5) lived in East Finchley, UK
6) held a degree in Marine Biology from Newcastle University
7) spoke Indonesian
8) had taught scuba diving in East Timor
9) was Jewish
10) has a mother named Vicky, married to Tony
11) has a rabbi - Jonathon Wittenberg at the New North London Synagogue
12) was found dead at 8:35 a.m. by local fire-fighters in a woodland known as "el Clot del Teixidor" after an all-night search
13) was reported missing to the authorities at 8:46 p.m. by Spanish hikers who encountered British paraglider pilots searching for him
14) had an accident for reasons unknown to the firefighters
15) was searched for throughout the night by seven teams of fire-fighters, including a Special Projects (GRAE) rescue team
16) was provided two ambulance crews and a helicopter in the morning to assist in the search
17) had launched from Mount Cogull
18) was said to have died of injuries

The last link is is a bizarre complaint from a member of Paragliding Forum that all information concerning the accident has been removed.
