Full history is welcome. Plans on Taras' Icarus I, Icarus II, then plans tweaks on Christopher's first (pictured in one place in archives of Santa Monica Star News with Joe Faust slope soaring at Rose Ave beach at Venice Beach, CA, on tiny five foot seashore slope in early 1970s).

Icarus I  was broken by Faust at Torrance Beach during a flight; Smithsonian Institute has the remains in a back room ready for being reconstituted. And Faust broke something in his own back after the wings folded.

Icarus II  was built by Taras Kiceniuk with a better alloy for more strength. Soaring Magazine  of Soaring Society of America featured some fine art on Icarus II in the 1970s.
