Mass-shifting control (MSC) or
weight-shift control (WSC)
of kites, kite-gliders, gliders
Purposes of study: safe and
enjoyable flying of aircraft. Secondarily, to appreciate niche
systems' designs. Also, to advance kiting, hang gliding, and AWES.
To understand the mix of MSC with aerodynamic-surface control (ASC).

For studies, all volunteers and guests are welcome to contribute articles,
links, comments, special images, etc.
- Studies done for powered aircraft with an eye to power-off gliding
of those craft.
- MSC in combination with aerodynamic controls.
- Systems that have almost no aerodynamic controls while having
dominate the MSC.
- Uninhabited systems and human-inhabited systems are studied.
- Do birds use MSC?
- Do insects use MSC?
- Do flying seeds use MSC?
