Soft-Daisy driving Rotating-Reels Train-Ring

Refinement of a known scaling strategy for Rotary AWE. How about a giant Soft Daisy driving Pierre's Rotating Reels?

Unlike display spin-socks, a Soft Daisy could be optimized for power and torque transmission. It should have a high bypass factor (not be too crowded, more a cloud of fast spinning sails than a slower spinning sack with holes). No sticks.

The circle track could simply be roadbase mix, and the carousel be a wheeled reel-gen train-ring cabled like a bike wheel to a center-axle anchor. The bulky original Carousel concept stripped down to a skinny bike wheel form.

A Train-Ring rim would ideally have enough continuous stiffness, compressive resistance, and ballast mass to carry forces on its upwind side. Sections might even lift up in gusts rather than break (compliance DOF). Or maybe the downwind side simply takes most of the load, driving the upwind return phase arc.
