July 4, 2020, post by Dave Santos Having learned to apply topology to kites, lets
classify multi-line power kites essentially as arch kites. A two-line
kite on a kite bar is the same topology as a kite arch, where the
ground itself is the "kite bar," and these are the same as the famous
coffee mug and donut. Further, figure-eight and pretzel knots are quite
common in kites and their dynamics.
We therefore know that engineered topological matter already exist as kites, even as mainline physicists speculate "we are still a ways from technological applications"
Topological
Kite Matter as pre-existing, merely waiting to be identified, is the
meme that's been wanted to go big with the Physics Community. I have
been assembling a mailing list that includes various Laureates. BTW,
Schiller was properly thrilled by Ropin' Fool.
Amazingly,
the Kite first gave us stoke, then resolved the biggest mysteries of
modern physics. Bohmian physics was on the right track, but its not
just a simple pilot-wave that determines QM, but a vast intricate Dirac
Sea, as a pilot-wave field, that makes the kite dance just so.

July 4, 2020, post by Dave Santos Who really invented Paragliding? (BC 7/3/2020) Runner-up: Poseidon Winner: gocomics.com/bc/2020/07/03 It's suddenly mainstream knowledge that spiders "balloon," a practice that dates back uncounted millions of years on Earth. Paragliding has likely been widely known across the Universe for a few billion years. ==================================== [[Ed notes: ? Poseidon fathered Pegagasus, a white-winged horse. Reined or ridden? Or love-tethered/flown? ]] |
