Pilots will prove to be the gate-keepers of the sky for AWE. Shared Airspace users are Pilots. Airspace Regulators are Pilots. Such pros have no tolerance of unsafe designs and operations. Already, Makani and AWEurope have been warned repeatedly. Prior Pilot experience should be currently required for AWE. No PhD-mill nor VC team as such is true Aviation Safety Culture. |
