could be the details of a complex matrix that might
compare two or more AWES? Purpose-specified categories?
AWES dedicated to making electricity at may arrive to serve at a
certain scale, say utility scale. Would system mass be a means to
discern competitors? E.g. contestants of mass 2000 pounds or less
might compete directly against one another. Could a matrix be so
