Airborne Wind Energy 2020

Send AWEC2020 Teleconference documents/for-forum posts to editor@upperwindpower.com |
Timeline:
1.
Individual AWE workers may host topic meetings at times of their
choosing; they inform some participants (two or more workers gathering
on a topic) of the online meeting and logon information, time, and
online link as appropriate. The host could choose to record the
meeting. Audio or full video recording could then be hosted by
the host or sent to editor@upperwindpower.com
Also, a script of meetings could be created and entered into
Teleconference proceedings.
In any case,
AWEC2020 Teleconference would link to the meeting's recording (audio
only or full video) or/and script. Such topic meetings online may
occur at any time in 2020; such will form a sector of the proceedings
of the AWEC2020 Teleconference.
2. Essays,
papers, reports, photographs, drawings, charts, posters: These may be
submitted to editor@upperwindpower.com at any time during 2020 from now
forward. The editorial review board will aim to get the items hosted
and linked in to the proper places of the Teleconference for all to
find. Some editing of items may be requested of authors before final
entry to the proceedings. These items will be included in
the e-book Airborne Wind Energy 2020 to become available in
January 2021 for all the world online free. Publishers of
permitted paper copies of the book or its chapters will be required to
exhibit the URL of the full free e-book online.

We are interpreting "teleconference" broadly; any image or information transmitted by image file, document file, video file, telephonic, recordings, etc. form part of the "teleconference." So. an email may be part of the teleconference. An essay sent along with drawings and images would be great; we would sculpt such into a PDF document and then post it for all the world to see and study. You would have final approval of the sculpted result. The document would become part of the AWEC2020 ebook offered to the world freely. Some committees will have recorded Zoom (or the like) meetings; such recordings will become part of the corpus of the AWEC2020 Teleconference. |
